Facilitator Training: GRIP in Spanish
$45 USD
8 hrs of Spanish-language online facilitator training to learn how to guide Spanish-speaking individuals and teams through the GRIP assessment, equipping church planters, pastors, and ministry leaders to mobilize every member to discover and faithfully use their God-given gifts. Learn how to move churches from an “I” mindset to a healthy “We,” where every member lives out their unique role in building up the Body of Christ.
GRIP-Birkman Certification
$2950 USD
Registration for this event includes required pre-training e-learning modules, the five-days of live training, and all training materials. It also includes post-training follow-up assignments and free registration of your own Birkman Direct account through GRIP-Birkman.
Completion of the course qualifies for up to 28 Continuing Coach Education hours for International Coaching Federation certification.
Pre-requisite of completing GRIP-Birkman Coaches Training.

GRIP-Birkman Coaches Training
$849 USD
Over 22 hrs of training to learn how to walk individuals and teams through their entire GRIP-Birkman Basic Report, including GRIP (Spiritual Gifts, Team Styles, and Body-Building Roles) and Birkman Basic Report (including Birkman Map (c), Birkman Interests (c), and Birkman Insights Reports.
Pre-requisite of having either participated in a GRIP-Birkman team building event, or having been coached through your report individually. Cost of the assessment is not included.
